Scott Swilley, P.E. currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Innodata Inc. since August 2025. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Figure Eight Federal, where Scott led the development of AI/ML data solutions for key projects, and Senior Program Manager at ECS, overseeing program operations for a significant DoD AI initiative. Scott's extensive experience in engineering spans over two decades, including roles at the United States Department of Defense and the US Army Corps of Engineers, culminating as an Engineer Battalion Commander. Scott holds multiple degrees in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and the University of Missouri-Rolla, as well as advanced military strategy training from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies.
