Driving business transformation with agentic AI
Organizations adopting agentic AI must balance rapid experimentation with responsible governance while adapting to shifting regulatory expectations - especially as developers move from isolated pilots to production‑grade agentic systems. Building and scaling effective AI agents requires upskilling teams in modern AI tooling, redesigning workflows around autonomous capabilities, and embracing an AI‑first (AI+) mindset rather than simply bolting agents onto legacy processes. Join Maciej Szymaszek and Rebecca Lebeaux to explore practical strategies for developer enablement, enterprise‑ready agent foundations, and designing workflows where humans and agents collaborate seamlessly.
