As watsonx Canada Leader, IBM Technology, Nassim leads Canada watsonx Client Engineering team. She has a track record of leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. Her focus is on robust partnerships with IBM's premier clients by demonstrating the transformative capabilities of AI and Hybrid cloud and build lcutting-edge solutions for IBM clients. Nassim has served at different leadership roles within IBM, playing a critical role in creating experiential engagements for IBM’s top client accounts. Prior to joining IBM, Nassim held numerous leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Canada and Borealis AI, RBC's AI Research institute. During her tenure she facilitated open academic collaborations and conducted pioneering Machine Learning product development with a focus on AI governance and Responsible AI. With a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in applications of Machine Learning in Medical Imaging, she has demonstrated expertise in both academic and practical applications of Data and AI.
