With more than a decade of experience leading engineering and operations teams across manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives, he has worked across robotics, digital transformation, and advanced manufacturing systems. Prior to AUAR, Tom held leadership roles at BCG and Edwards Vacuum, driving large-scale operational transformation and applying emerging technologies to modern industrial environments.
