Jonathan is Director of LLM Data Services and leads the AI/LLM Center of Excellence at Innodata. He develops best practices for language and quality data science, helping customers unlock the full potential of AI through model evaluation, fine-tuning, agent development, and workflow automation. Prior to Innodata, Jonathan was a Senior Language Engineer at Amazon Web Services. His contributions at Amazon included co-developing the data strategy for Amazon Comprehend and Amazon Bedrock. Jonathan also holds a PhD in Linguistics and Language Science from Penn State University.
