As Chief Product Officer for GHX, Archie Mayani is responsible for creating, sourcing, building and delivering a contemporary product function and team that positions GHX as a world-class, agile, market and customer-centric company. She collaborates with all members of the GHX C-suite to drive effective product development execution and bridge and align product and company strategy. Prior to joining GHX in 2023, Mayani served as an SVP and CPO for Change Healthcare’s Clinical Decision Support business, providing vision and leadership for the company’s product development teams. In this role she delivered evidence-based clinical content through a unified technology platform for payors and providers to drive value-based care. Previously, Mayani held positions as head of product and content operations for Amazon, vice president/general manager for Optum Prevention Business in North America and Global Markets, and senior director for Medicaid for Optum Population Health Management.
