Conversation as architecture: Building adaptive agentic user journeys
Conversation is becoming a primary way we interact with software, but most digital journeys were designed for a different interaction model.
Pages, interfaces, content paths, and workflows can be dynamic and personalized, yet the user still largely navigates through options the system has made available in advance. Agentic AI introduces a new possibility: what someone asks, reveals, and does can actively shape what the experience shows, explains, generates, and offers next.
In this session, Kaltura's Thanh Hong will explore the shift from predefined digital journeys to experiences that adapt as people interact - where conversation reveals intent, agents decide what to show next, and relevant content helps people take action.
We’ll discuss:
→ Why conversational interaction calls for a different kind of digital journey
→ How questions, context, and behavior can shape the content and interface in real time
→ How agents choose the next explanation, experience, or action as the journey unfolds
→ What this means for organizations: more relevant content experiences, clearer intent signals, and journeys that help people move toward action.
