Building smart conversational experiences with speed and at scale at Intuit
Intuit has accelerated responsible AI innovation at scale for many years to deliver personalized experiences to 100 million consumer and small business customers with TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks and MailChimp. Today, the company is pioneering the future of AI to deliver game-changing new experiences on its financial technology platform that instill the trust and confidence in its customers count on from Intuit. In this presentation, Intuit’s Mihir Naresh Shah and Devshree Patel will deep dive into the company's strategy for activating its global tech team—comprising software developers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers—to develop AI-driven fintech solutions responsibly and efficiently at scale. They will also offer insights into the inner workings of Intuit’s proprietary Generative AI Operating System (GenOS), which facilitates this initiative. A primary emphasis of the presentation will be on the orchestration feature of GenOS, which powers conversational assistants and embedded experiences by interpreting complex queries and instructions. This capability orchestrates a series of actions to provide seamless responses to user inquiries within Intuit products.
