She has hands-on experience building, grounding, evaluating and tuning global-scale, orchestrated AI agents at Netflix, Google DeepMind and Meta, and scaling personalized content at LinkedIn. Her work spans enterprise workforce and global support agents with a focus on orchestration, model UX, evaluation harnesses and enabling content systems for accurate LLM extraction across domain and consumer use cases.
