Justin Douglas is the Senior Vice President of Technical Solutions for North America at Palo Alto Networks. In this role, he leads a team of more than 1,200 solutions consultants, specialists, and channel engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance to customers and partners across North America. His organization is essential in defining technical solutions that secure customers’ most critical business objectives. With over two decades of experience in the networking and security industries, Justin is a recognized leader in transformational and emerging technology architectures. He previously led the global Principal Solutions Architecture and Solutions Consulting teams at Palo Alto Networks, where he focused on critical technology domains like SASE, Zero Trust, and Cloud. In this capacity, he also defined the technical selling process, standardizing the technical motion for the organization to ensure a consistent and effective approach across the board. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Justin held senior leadership positions at Zscaler, where he led the Systems Engineering team for the Eastern U.S. and Canada, as well as at Cisco and World Wide Technology.
