Andrea is a UX leader specializing in AI since 2018 and currently focused on Google Cloud developer tools. Before joining Cloud, Andrea was a design lead on Google Workspace and spent years in the NYC agency scene, developing recently-possible digital experiences for brands like Lowes, Comcast, and Pizza Hut. Andrea is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design and NYU Tisch ITP and is a lifelong tinkerer.

Gen AI enhanced customer experiences
Kicking things off on Generative AI Summit, Andrea will give a short intro on large models and what they are good at, and then demo builder tools for incorporating them into your applications. She'll then end with a few end user examples and UX best practices around Gen AI.
