Sudarshan Deshmukh is an accomplished AI Architect with over a decade of experience driving AI strategy, architecture, and implementation across healthcare, HR analytics, and cybersecurity. Currently leading AI initiatives at Laya Healthcare (AXA Ireland), he specializes in Generative AI, predictive analytics, and regulatory-compliant AI systems. Sudarshan has also served as Director of AI Platform at DeepAilytics, where he built scalable AI products and cloud-native architectures. A dedicated educator, he has trained over 9,000 professionals through roles at BITS Pilani and Great Learning. His work is backed by multiple patents, global certifications, and recognition for innovation in AI and machine learning.
