Olga is Director of Data and AI at RBC, bringing together experience as a senior leader, data scientist and engineer. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering AI and machine learning products that support business and client goals. Her expertise spans generative AI, data engineering, analytics, cloud technologies, MLOps and technology strategy. Beyond her work at RBC, Olga has supported data science and analytics projects for organizations including the UN Environment World Conservation Monitoring Centre, World Resources Institute, War Child Canada and Rainbow Railroad.
