Networking | Speed networking: Three conversations in 30 minutes
Three one-to-one conversations, ten minutes each. Pair up with an engineer or builder you haven’t met, compare what you’re shipping and what’s breaking, and move on when the host calls time. Bring one problem you’re stuck on and one thing that worked. You’ll leave with three new contacts working on the same problems as you, just before the afternoon coffee break.

Roundtables | Off the record: what agent teams don’t say on stage
Pick a table, pull up a chair and talk candidly with engineers facing the same problems as you. After 45 minutes, each table shares its top takeaways with the room. Chatham House Rule applies. Roundtable topics: → The agent incident you didn’t write up → Over-permissioned and unapproved: the agents nobody can fully account for → Shipping on vibes: agents in production without evals that gate the release
