Architecting GenAI systems that can evolve in production
Response-based AI systems are giving way to orchestration-based architectures, where agents don't just answer, they coordinate, execute, and optimize workflows across enterprise systems in real time. Agentic AI is the architectural shift driving this transition. This keynote examines how context-aware agents replace brittle pipelines, how natural language becomes a reliable workflow trigger, and how continuous learning loops produce measurable outcomes. It confronts what it actually takes to deploy AI not just as a tool, but as a durable workforce layer at scale. Attendees will leave with concrete frameworks for building and orchestrating agentic workflows: what orchestration means at the systems level, how to operationalize voice and conversation data as structured workflow input, and how real-time multimodal processing unlocks automation across distributed enterprise environments.
