Early GenAI development moves fast. As systems grow, teams slow down not because problems are harder, but because the surface area expands. This session focuses on how engineering teams maintain velocity as GenAI systems mature. We’ll discuss how teams structure prompts and configurations for reuse, test AI behavior locally, share components safely, and reduce cognitive load as systems scale.
