Low-latency challenges - rendering responses from the LLM faster & making CX improvements that make the experience feel faster
Michael, Head of Product, Software Experiences, Alexa Devices at Amazon, will speak to the low-latency challenges on personal assistants - both around rendering responses from the LLM faster and making CX improvements that make the experience feel faster (such as wake-word free interactions) - drawing insight from his experiences on leading the Alexa team. He'll discuss the compute and memory required to enable these experiences (and trade-offs associated), and will focus on the customer experience this results in.
