Data empowerment for faster and better decision making
In the era of AI, the transformation extends beyond traditional roles; everyone in the engineering organization is a CISO, with a collective responsibility for data empowerment. This shift underscores the importance of integrating security and privacy by design principles into the very fabric of innovation. Security and Technology leaders, along with all team members, are tasked not only with safeguarding data but also with embracing design principles that prioritize security and privacy from the outset. Collaborative efforts to establish robust data governance frameworks and ensure privacy compliance now involve the entire engineering organization. Unleashing the value of data becomes a shared mission, positioning the entire team to contribute to organizational competitiveness, innovation, and digital transformation in the data-driven era. This session explores strategies for this inclusive approach, emphasizing the critical role of every team member in driving responsible data utilization and cybersecurity as integral drivers of business success.
