Prateek Rungta is a Staff Software Engineer at Uber, where he has spent nearly a decade building and scaling large-scale production systems. Previously, he held engineering roles at Tesla, Cloudera, and Bloomberg, working across distributed systems, data platforms, and high-performance software. Prateek holds both a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Computer Vision from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and brings deep experience shipping complex systems in high-impact, real-world environments.
