CTO of Outerlimit, Peter brings extensive experience in behavioural AI, computer science, and cryptography. His experience includes a Masters and PhD in Theoretical Neuroscience from the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre and the Gatsby Computational Neuroscience Unit at UCL. Peter's product thinking is shaped by a core conviction: that the security challenges introduced by agentic AI are architectural, not cosmetic, and that solving them requires building from first principles rather than adapting tools designed for a different threat model.
