Neil is a seasoned data strategy leader who works with senior business executives to develop data strategies that drive ethical governance, customer value, and innovation. He currently leads Mastercard's regional Data Strategy teams across Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. His responsibilities include overseeing acquisition data due diligence, managing the ethics of data and AI innovation, shaping regulatory perspectives, and scaling data initiatives in AI, open banking, digital identity, and other emerging sectors.
As Mastercard's representative to Gaia-X, Neil contributes to building a secure European data infrastructure. With over 14 years of experience, he has held key roles, including board director for data operations at a trading exchange and leading data teams in both the public and private sectors.
