Chris Reitz is the Senior Director of Enterprise AI at Elevance Health, where he leads AI adoption, strategy, and workforce enablement, training more than 15,000 associates and shaping how AI drives health and business outcomes. He combines systems thinking, narrative intelligence, and human-centered product strategy to design AI solutions that strengthen health equity, digital literacy, and organizational transformation. As faculty at Columbia University, he teaches graduate courses on AI strategy and digital transformation, advancing a people-first approach to leadership in an increasingly AI-driven world.
