Eduard Simonyan is Associate Vice President (AVP), Senior Engineering Manager at Emirates NBD, leading a 100+ engineer organization as the bank scales into an AI-first digital enterprise. He spearheads agentic AI initiatives across conversational banking and the contact center, building platforms with LangGraph, LangChain, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) on top of vector databases and RAG to deliver context-aware customer experiences. Eduard also runs the bank’s GenAI Training Guild, upskilling 200–300 engineers and product leaders per cohort while driving agile maturity, DevOps culture, and cloud-native platform delivery.
