Eyal Lantzman is the Global Head of AI/ML architecture in JPMC, and the Chief Architect for the firm-wide AI/ML platform. Eyal is currently leading the design for the target state architecture for the JPMC AI/ML platform - OmniAI, to support multi-cloud and MLOps 2.0. In addition to leading the architecture for AI/ML in the firm, Eyal is a key member in the firm's cloud architecture group and currently leading a cross-organisational effort towards the firm's next generation cloud identity platform. The platform aims to support cross-cloud token exchange, rule-based entitlement auto-approval, automation based provisioning of entitlements and fully evidencing and lineage of an entitlement. Eyal has broad technical experience - machine learning platforms, distributed systems, knowledge graphs, and SDLC tools, working in tech companies (Amazon, Microsoft) and other sectors (finance, health, government and defence).

Generative AI from enterprise architecture strategy perspective
Generative AI is not new, but the increase in quality, availability and sophistication increases the demand of using those technologies across the enterprise. In a highly regulated environment this creates challenges in respect to risk management, lifecycle management with requirements to mitigate the risk. I'll be exploring how we're thinking about this in JPMC, the components and the capabilities required to be able to manage the lifecycle and risk in alignment to the business appetite.
