He is currently the Group CEO at Omind, a company that focuses on creating delightful customer interactions across business, employees, and end customers. He leads the company's vision, strategy, and execution towards achieving $100M ARR and global expansion. Prior to Omind, Amal founded and led Keito, a no-code AI platform that competed with Microsoft and Google in the cognitive services market. He was also the Chief Business, Growth, and Strategy Officer at one of India's largest e-commerce marketplaces, Mirraw, where he improved their EBITDA and optimized their returns, refunds, and organizational processes. He started his career at Infosys and Edgeverve, working on mobility and wearable tech products for BFSI. Amal is also a mentor and investor at Brinc, where he advises startups on GTM, product-market fit, and user experience.
