Francesc is Lead Data Scientist at Danish Crown. He's passionate about machine learning , deep learning and computer vision, and is the main author of “Image-based Sea/Land Map Generation from Radar Data”, published in the 15th IEEE Conference on Advanced Video and Signal-based Surveillance. At his previous role at Lego, Francesc built an AWS-based moderation platform that receives user-generated content (images, text and video) from other internal customers, that uses ML algorithms (CNNs, LSTMs, tokenizers, pre-trained models and transfer learning models) to calculate and provide them with a "moderation response". He also designed and built an engagement service that receives user-generated content (images and text), analyzes its contents using a fine-tuned, pre-trained CNN model, and delivers automatic likes to the creations on the app.
