Rizel Scarlett is the Tech Lead of Open Source Developer Relations at Block, where she drives technical storytelling for goose, an open source AI agent. Her journey in AI DevRel began at GitHub, where she was an early advocate for GitHub Copilot, building on four years at G{Code} House where she drove early growth and programming for a coding and career program supporting women and non-binary people of color.
