Reporting to the COO, he is driving the transformation of Zendesk’s global sales and customer ecosystem through agentic AI, AI/ML initiatives, and cross-functional work spanning sales, customer success, finance, and ERP systems. With more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology, Teja is known for building scalable operating models that improve growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
