Pascal Hetzscholdt is Senior Director of AI Strategy & Content Integrity at Wiley, a global publisher of scientific research. In this role, he leads IP protection and technical initiatives around AI Strategy, and Responsible AI implementations. His work focuses on ensuring ethical and explainable AI, strengthening attribution and compliance in AI licensing frameworks, and driving innovation at the intersection of AI and publishing, to safeguard content security and intellectual property rights. Before joining Wiley, Pascal worked with Hollywood movie studios, their industry association, and technology vendors on intellectual property enforcement, cybersecurity, and the business challenges of emerging technologies. He began his career as a Cybercrime Policy Adviser with the Dutch National Police.
