Panel | From AI adoption to driving measurable enterprise value: Scaling what actually works
As enterprises move beyond AI experimentation, the focus is shifting from adoption to measurable business impact. This panel brings together AI leaders to unpack what separates initiatives that scale from those that stall - from identifying the right use cases and proving ROI to building the infrastructure, operating models and governance needed for production. Expect a practical discussion on where AI is delivering value today, what teams are learning from failed deployments, and how leaders are deciding what to scale, rethink or stop.
