Anuj Agarwal is Head of Product for Agentic and AI Solutions at NatWest Group, where he has launched 8 AI-powered products and an internal AI Solutions Marketplace across the bank's onboarding, KYC, and data functions. Before this he co-founded Bonds India, a regulated fixed-income SaaS trading platform, as CTO, scaling it to 5 million users in 14 months, and earlier held product and technology leadership roles at RBS/NatWest spanning trade finance, asset finance, and cloud data modernization. Anuj is a frequent conference speaker on agentic AI and writes regularly on AI governance, cost economics, and enterprise agent architecture.
