What once took weeks can now be achieved in just days: transforming an idea into a tangible proof of concept with the help of GenAI. With tools like Claude Code CLI, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex, requirements can be elicited, functional prototypes generated, and stakeholders immersed in an interactive version of their business case almost instantly. This talk presents an end-to-end methodology for rapid prototyping with AI: accelerating delivery and deepening understanding by enabling stakeholders to experience, refine, and validate their ideas in real time.
