Anna Connolly is the VP of Customer Success and Experience at OctoML, where she has led the postsales team for the past 2 years and focuses on bringing cost savings, developer agility, and hardware portability to enterprises running ML workloads at scale. Before OctoML, she was the Global Head of Customer Success for Primer AI, a NLP/NLG company serving clients across the national security, financial, and retail sectors. Prior to joining the private sector, Anna spent 12 years at the Central Intelligence Agency leading teams of analysts covering the Middle East.
