Pankaj Agrawal is a Staff Software Engineer on the Productivity Engineering team at LinkedIn, where he leads the development of large-scale enterprise applications supporting key business verticals, including LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS), Talent Solutions (LTS), and Sales Solutions (LSS). His current work focuses on architecting and deploying AI-powered agents for Billing Support workflows, using advanced orchestration frameworks and large language models to drive operational efficiency and enable agentic automation across internal support systems. Prior to LinkedIn, Pankaj held engineering leadership roles at TIAA and Envisage (acquired by TIAA), where he spent over a decade building fintech platforms for institutional onboarding, outsourced retirement investment services (403(b), 401(k)), and compliance automation.
