Working with executive teams across nonprofit, education, and public sector organisations, she focuses on turning AI ambition into measurable business impact. Alongside her executive role, Ha serves as a trustee and board advisor, bringing a practical perspective on how boards can govern AI, oversee risk, and lead organisational change in a future where humans and AI increasingly work side by side. A recognised voice in AI transformation, Ha combines frontline experience of deploying AI at scale with a growing focus on board-level governance and responsible adoption. Her passion is helping leaders navigate one of the most significant shifts in modern business: moving from AI as a tool to AI as a workforce capability.
