The confidently wrong is holding AI transformation back - and what we can do to fix it in practice.
The reason humans are so useful is not mainly their raw intelligence. Itā€™s their ability to build up context, interrogate their own failures, and pick up small improvements and efficiencies as they practice a task. Dwarkesh Patelā€™s quote nails the problem and points to the root cause of why the reality of AI adoption is far behind the hype, despite the deep-seated feeling we all have that AI transformation is inevitable.
