Nitin brings over 20 years of progressive technology leadership experience spanning enterprise technology strategy, cloud data platforms, and AI platform engineering. His journey has been marked by pioneering the development of large-scale and cutting-edge products, platforms, programs, and solutions underpinned by optimization, statistical learning, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. Grounded in first-principles thinking and innovation, Nitin's leadership remains a pivotal driving force in strengthening business outcomes while elevating customer experiences. Currently, Nitin heads AI at The Mutual Group as the VP of AI Engineering. Previously, he co-founded Manifold Systems, an enterprise agentic AI platform startup, and served as VP of Technology & AI at The Aspen Group as well as VP of Digital Solutions & AI Platform Engineering at Staples. Earlier experience includes roles at FICO, Amazon, and Zulily. He holds an Executive MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Madras.
