With deep expertise in model UX, conversation design, and enterprise AI training, they help teams design more effective, usable, and reliable AI systems. Karin also built the Prompt Engineering Center of Excellence for Meta Business Marketing Group and are a two-time Meta Hackathon and UX Award winner, with both winning projects taken into production.
