Interactive Workshop | Scaling AI experimentation: From whiteboard to 150 runs
What would it take to run 150 experiments without writing a single line of code to describe them? This workshop is built around a real project that delivered a 94% cost reduction by rethinking how experimentation gets done. Instead of engineering bottlenecks, the team submitted experiments in plain English, iterated fast, and found a replicable pattern that has since worked across multiple projects and hackathons. This is a live demo session. You will see the approach in action, not on slides. Key takeaways: →How to dramatically scale experimentation volume without scaling headcount → The workflow that takes an idea from whiteboard discussion to submitted experiment → Why natural language experiment submission changes what's possible for AI engineering teams
